im sorry but my government closed for lack of interest

I recall Obamas speech when he accepted his term in office to fix the Healthcare problems hitting america today. To get all parties to work together to come up with the right solutions for the issue.. All of congress gave him a standup ovation for this, so i suppose the repubs that were standing were all fakes so they could look good on national TV?? They certainly didnt standup for believing in him as proof is in the pudding today. To me to nationally rectify Healthcare today is follow a government that has proven theirs work,thats the Canadians way of doing Healthcare. It helps the masses and helps everyone. To me if you can afford Healthcare from a private provider go for it. Some of us unemployeds dont get that choice. Our choice is eat food or pay a bill,try to have a roof over our heads or pay a bill and not eat for a week. I have foodstamps and food pantries within 15 miles of me that help,when i can afford the gas,bumming is not fun. I was taught to work for my roof and clothes and food and to be able to pay bills and have a happy life. Fastforward to today and thats not working, my disabilities are adding up and i am getting worse as the day rolls on. Fighting my own government for a benefit to help me healthwise. The congress closed the doors yet they wont miss a payday go figure. We need to clean house of all of them and start a new government with a whole new congress. A congress that is ther BY THE PEOPLE,FOR THE PEOPLE.
