confusion today
Normally im not a real political nut but as i see the changes coming and the changes made in our society,which way is right?.I am 58 ,4 years away from early retirement, if there is any money there when i get there, yes I am a baby boomer.We dont always get the right poker hand, but we go with the cards dealt us.War takes our money we have earned hard for,and trusted the government to do the right thing, to protect us and help us all grow as a nation wanting peace??? Greed from Wallstreet down has changed our governments way of thinking, they are run by large corporations, not by unions,etc. I was a union member at one time,and when i had a real issue, they werent backing me, so gave up on the union and rights. A little history about me. I have a degree in computer sciences since 73-74 era, yes the keypunch,microfiche,harddrives weighing 40lbs,magnetic tape drives and sorting room and printers that came to your chests.i have been keeing myself updated with ceus and my own research for years, the internet was a dialup connection to you and a local college that had them and you could bounce to tother colleges etc,fidomail,no such thing as aol at that time. I ran a bulletin board service, with text files, pics,and onlinechat and games for up to 7 people at one time. This was my hobby.it was an all adult/swingers board and tech board, weekly meetings at infomart in dallas on saturdays. i started out with 8 friends and by the time i took her down,was at 3500,aol and such was startups starting up, had i known then about now i would be a multi-millionaire by now and then some.
I always enjoyed adult boards-groups,etc as thats just a part of me and my life. My ex wife told me to get a hobby so i did...lol.
I became a paramedic for 28 years, and kept my computers at home as a hobby and research. Chatted with friends online,learned about webcams when they first came out, betatested microsoft networking at that time to do a whitepaper or two on sharing online and chat voice and working between computers using a board you can add to so businesses could cut the cost of travel and could do it online with fast connections using special servers microsoft had.
i did it with satellite then cable modem and eventually dsl and fios, yes i can trouble shoot them all and with grace and teaching users along the way about thier pc's.
The companies wanted numbers i worked for not customer completions, where did good sound customer service go?
i was a supervisor,mentor,trainer, and,tech sup, i got the mad customers and would turn them around, saved a customer and rebuilt their trust back in the company. Companies nowadays dont want that for their customers. I wont mention the COMMUNICATIONS companies i worked for but they are the 2 major systems in the united states today.
I am 58,unemployed,partially disabled and cant get help from my own government,yet i see millions of dollars go overseas daily,money should be here not there, take care of the taxpayers first,oh wait they wont to cut the budgets effecting us and send more dollars overseas.the main judges are decinding today on a healthcare program, the same judges that have their healthcare paid for free and their family by the government, so today lets see who gets bought. And we wonder why Americans want to take back their single rights they have had all along.FDA approves drugs from drug companies that put money in their pockets, these same drugs that are killing people.If a drug takes one life then it needs to be pulled off the market immediately,is that happening, NO.remember money in the pocket keeps it alive not people. I will be adding more to blogs..:)
